There’s a new shopping center going up on Princess Anne Road, near its intersection with Sandbridge Road. Do you know what stores are coming? – Rebecca Armstrong

The first two tenants to open for business at Sandbridge Place were Body Logic Chiropractic and Massage, and The Sterling Seahorse Interior Design & Gifts.

Anytime Fitness and Langley Federal Credit Union have signed leases and will open soon, according to Eric Stanley, vice president at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

The one-story strip shopping center at 2090 Princess Anne Road has added more than 15,000 square feet of retail space to the Red Mill and Sandbridge corridor.

The 1.8-acre vacant lot was developed by Atherton Construction and Development and was a joint listing of Parker Burnell Real Estate Group and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
