Chris “Skip” Bendit is a leasing & sales specialist with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group specializing in commercial leasing and sales. Prior to joining Parker Burnell in July 2019, Chris was an Assistant Vice President with Divaris Real Estate Inc. since 2009, where he handled the leasing and sales of over 1.25 million square feet of office space on both the Peninsula and Southside of Hampton Roads, Virginia. For fifteen years prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Chris was a Director of Office Properties with GVA Advantis.

Chris has represented local, regional and national owners of commercial real estate such as C-III, LNR, Mooring Financial, State Farm, Concord Eastridge and Armada Hoffler to name a few. Additionally, he has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate field, during which time he has completed transactions in excess of $130 Million dollars with $20.3 Million in GSA transactions.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in Psychology and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Old Dominion University. He is a longtime member of HRACRE.
