Tina Yonker is a marketing and lease administrator with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group handling real estate transaction assistance, marketing, lease administration, and third party property management accounts. Previously, she spent three years as the sole lease administrator responsible for Suburban Capital, Inc.’s portfolio, as well as third party management accounts. Tina has over 20+ years’ experience working in commercial real estate, most of them as Property Manager and Director of Lease Administration for Advantis Real Estate Services Company. She is also the Business Administrator/Treasurer for The Gathering at Scott Memorial United Methodist Church.

Tina studied at Tidewater Community College and St. Leo University in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
