Kristen Huber is an associate with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group handling retail shopping center development & leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land/retail purchase, real estate transaction assistance, and office operations. Previously, she assisted Suburban Management Group’s transaction committee with due diligence, underwriting, and market analysis while overseeing the internal operations of their corporate office.

Kristen studied at Old Dominion University in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. She also holds an A.A.S. in Accounting and an A.S. in Business Administration, both from Tidewater Community College in Norfolk. Kristen is a member of Hampton Roads Association of Real Estate (HRACRE), Commercial Real Estate Woman (CREW) Coastal Virginia, and Central Business District Association (CBDA). She previously held numerous Next Generation of Business Leaders (CBDX) Executive Board positions and actively volunteers for the Food Bank of Hampton Roads.
