Kaelyn Spera is a leasing associate with Parker Burnell Real Estate Group handling retail leasing and property management. Her current listings include Lynnway Place Shopping Center, Holland Lakes Shopping Center, and the former Starbucks Building on Shore Drive, all located in Virginia Beach. Previously, she handled residential leasing, marketing, event planning and property management for Radius Apartments, a 250 unit multi-story luxury apartment building located at Jefferson Marketplace in Newport News, Virginia.
