What a beautiful name for a beautiful space. Before I found out the property was going to be developed into Hickman Place, I was going to ask about the purchasing price. I have always loved the house’s personality. To me the house would be a perfect place for an upstage coffee house! God bless all that you all are going to do with this precious land!

I am pleased to see that the historic Hickman building will be saved, but what exactly will it be used for? Is it going to be maintained/restored properly once it is moved? Also, what about the other brick buildings on the property that are also boarded up? Are they to be torn down or will they also get a revival of sorts?
